Six 75-minute private sessions over 8–12 weeks. Charlotte builds a progressive program tailored to your specific patterns, goals, and challenges. Sessions build on each other—this isn't six random classes, it's an arc designed to create lasting structural and neurological change.

NOW FORM LAB
GROUP WORKSHOP — "NOW FORM LAB"
For organizations, studios, and creative communities.
A 2–3 hour immersive workshop combining yoga, somatic awareness, and Charlotte's spatial intelligence. Designed for teams, studios, university programs, or corporate wellness events.
Investment: $500–$1,500 (depending on group size and location)

About Charlotte
Charlotte Boye-Christensen is a choreographer, educator, and yoga practitioner with over 30 years of international experience.
She is the co-founder and Artistic Director of NOW-ID, creating site-responsive work at the intersection of choreography, architecture, and sound.
She has directed major dance companies and institutions, taught at the university level, and created commissioned works internationally.
Her yoga teaching draws on decades of somatic practice, helping individuals develop greater awareness, resilience, and precision in inhabiting their bodies.
Based in Vancouver, her work continues to explore movement, perception, and place.
