I have thoroughly enjoyed this first month of teaching at and heading the dance program at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle. Super engaging and committed students and a wonderful faculty. Cornish has an incredible history with the likes of Merce Cunningham and John Cage setting a tone of interdisciplinarity and collaboration and I am excited to see how we, as a program can lean into that legacy as we are moving the program forward this year…

Lovely reconnecting today with this lovely group of dancers and directors of one of my favorite companies in Mexico. I have worked with this gorgeous group on/off since 2009 and it is so inspiring to see the company continuing to find ways to present work during the pandemic.
